Meditation

How do I communicate the undivided feeling found through meditation? Water may be the closest thing we can touch. Like the meditator, the images show water does not exist in isolation. Water has the moon’s push, the air and light above, and never forget those who swim within. The sitter’s energy is moved by energy from spirit, slowed breath, and those who come to heart. Meditation is practice, with brief moments of transcendence. Searching for water in the desert, like attaining peace in a hard world, can at once feel more desperate, captivating, and quenching.
